Set across 24 acres in the north quad of KSRQ, our new facility represents a $40 million investment in the future of Sarasota aviation. At its heart is a striking 10,705 sq ft terminal with a massive airside canopy entrance that makes arrivals seamless, whether you’re flying in a light jet or a large-cabin aircraft. With a Federal Inspection Facility coming in Spring of 2026, specifically built with General Aviation in mind, international flights will be cleared with ease and efficiency.
Inside, passengers and crew will find:

- Hangar A: 29,655 sq ft of aircraft storage + 5,940 sq ft of office space
- Hangar B: 16,875 sq ft of aircraft storage + 3,465 sq ft of office space
Both are equipped to accommodate today’s most advanced aircraft, with leasing opportunities available for operators seeking a safe and reliable base of operations. Looking ahead, future expansion will include additional large hangars and a planned 60,000 sq ft MRO facility.
