Instructions On How To Set Up Commercial Café
2. On the left side of the screen, click “Make Payments.”
This screen will show your current balance and any future charges that will occur.
3. To link a bank account, credit card or debit card to Commercial Café, click “Payment Accounts.”
a. Choose which form of payment you would like to add and follow the on-screen instructions.
b. If you add a bank account, please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be verified.
- A small deposit will be made in your bank account, and you will have to input that deposited amount in Commercial Café at the time of verification.
3. To set up auto pay, click “Auto-pay Setup” tab.
a. Select the account you want the rent amount to be pulled from.
b. Enter Start and End date of the automatic payments
c. Pick 4th or 5th for “Pay on Day”
d. Enter max amount (total monthly amount incl. taxes)
e. Click Save
*Please note: when initially setting up auto pay, it will start automatic payments the following month. You will have to manually pay the current month’s balance.
For example, if you set up auto-pay mid-January (and haven’t paid your January balance), auto-pay will start February 1st. You will then have to pay January’s balance manually.
